Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items on sale or gift cards.
Exchanges: The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you of whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
